临时提案规则公告
在持仓投票产品正式上线前，HTX DAO 论坛将采用临时提案机制，搭建直接沟通通道，以提高社区参与度并确保重要提案得到反馈。
临时提案规则

适用范围
- 任何关于 HTX DAO 发展、火币相关事务、资产管理 等相关提案均可在论坛发布。

支持门槛
- 只要提案的评论支持数达到一定数量（暂定 热度50+，后续可能根据论坛整体活跃度调整），即可进入正式讨论流程。

提案处理
- 达到门槛的提案将由 HTX DAO 委员会共同商议，并给予官方回复，说明是否采纳及其理由。

- 该规则适用于 持仓投票产品上线前，预计 4月中下旬 持仓投票功能正式推出后，将过渡至更完善的治理投票机制。
本规则旨在提供一个开放、高效的提案通道，让社区成员能够更直接地表达诉求，共同推动 HTX DAO 的发展。

Before the official launch of the staking-based voting product, the HTX DAO Forum will implement a temporary proposal mechanism to establish a direct communication channel, enhancing community engagement and ensuring key proposals receive feedback.

Scope
- Any proposals related to HTX DAO development, Huobi-related matters, and asset management can be submitted in the forum.

Support Threshold
- If a proposal reaches a certain number of supportive comments (initially set at 50+ in engagement heat, subject to future adjustments based on forum activity), it will proceed to the formal discussion stage.

Proposal Review Process
- Proposals that meet the threshold will be reviewed jointly by the HTX DAO Committee and Huobi executives, who will provide an official response regarding acceptance or rejection, along with reasoning.

Validity Period
- This rule will remain in effect until the staking-based voting product is launched, expected in mid-to-late April, after which governance proposals will transition to a more structured voting mechanism.
This mechanism aims to establish an open and efficient proposal channel, allowing community members to directly voice their ideas and contribute to the growth of HTX DAO.
