HIP-002: HTX DAO’s Official Interview Series “The DAO Talks”
Motivation
As a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) of the HTX community, HTX DAO is not only responsible for fostering community growth and governance consensus, but also serves as a connector and filter in the growth of HTX ecosystem value.
This proposal introduces a new initiative hosted by HTX DAO titled “Real Time with HTX DAO”, a weekly X Spaces interview series designed to strengthen the DAO’s branding, enhance community engagement, and assist the HTX exchange in tapping high-potential projects. This will drive the growth of both HTX DAO and the exchange.
Rationale
Create a channel to boost internal communication and external representation and establish a unified content brand for HTX DAO;
Foster communication between the DAO, users, the community, project teams, and investors, thereby increasing community activity and engagement.
Build a system for screening, evaluating, and connecting with projects, providing a basis for pre-listing decisions on the HTX exchange.

300 USDT: Overall planning, hosting, guest coordination, poster design, and technical support (paid monthly to the producer).
100–200 USDT (in HTX token equivalent): Publicity and live stream rewards (such as airdrops and allowlists). Monthly reimbursable or pre-paid based on actuals.
Execution Plan
Week 1: Pilot session to test procedure and gather initial feedback
Weeks 2–4: Three themed sessions featuring different themes and types of guests.
Summary of the Month: Deliver a feedback summary, performance review, and follow-up proposal
Evaluation Metrics
As a newly launched initiative, the interview series will not have KPIs in its early stage. Evaluation will focus on content quality, community engagement, guest satisfaction, and subsequent collaboration opportunities.
