Proposal Title: Introducing AI Experts to Enhance HTX DAO Governance Efficiency

Background & Motivation:

From a short-term perspective, HTX DAO’s governance mechanisms are becoming increasingly complex. Many new members lack familiarity with DAO operations, proposal processes, and governance tools, resulting in high participation barriers. Additionally, repetitive explanations of basic questions (e.g., proposal submission, voting rules) consume significant governance resources.

From a long-term perspective, the AI-driven transformation of CEX and DAO organizations is inevitable. AI can significantly lower the learning and operational barriers for users while offering greater impartiality than human governance. The future of CEX will inevitably integrate AI and DAO-driven self-governing mechanisms, transitioning from human-led governance to AI-driven governance—a shift that is already on the horizon.

In the future, HTX will leverage AI governance to secure a strategic advantage in Web3 finance, using dynamic decision engines to redefine human-machine collaboration. This will enable a century-spanning evolution from experience-driven governance to data-intelligent governance, establishing the industry’s first large-scale, on-chain governance model with millions of participants.

Therefore, we propose introducing an AI DAO Expert（V1） to:

  1. Lower the entry barrier for new members and boost community engagement.
  2. Automate responses to basic questions, freeing up governance committee time.
  3. Provide interactive guidance on proposal drafting, voting procedures, and more to improve governance efficiency.

Roadmap:

  1. Phase 1 (Estimated: 1 month) – Prototype
    • Complete preliminary knowledge base and issue screening.
    • Deploy the knowledge base and AI chatbot framework.
    • Launch on Telegram and Discord.
    • Release a web link (accessible via QR code).
  2. Phase 2 (Estimated: 1-3 months) – Refinement
    • Expand the knowledge base and continuously debug/maintain the system.
    • Regularly update the knowledge base to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
    • Integrate with Discourse forum.
  3. Phase 3 (Timing TBD) – Perfection
    • Integrate with HTX and the broader exchange ecosystem.
    • Issue AI Governance Credentials (NFTs): Link on-chain and real-world governance contributions, intelligently tracking user behavior and rewarding participation.
    • Build a Data DAO: Convert AI training data into community-owned assets, sharable with other DAOs.
    • Launch AI-powered AMA moderation and AI-driven Spaces, infusing AI into every role and action within HTX DAO.
    • Oversight System: Utilize AI’s impartial monitoring to detect anomalies in tokens, exchanges, or user behavior, with real-time data transparency for users.

Resource Requirements:

  1. Phase 1:
    • Knowledge base & AI agent setup: 200 USDT
    • Monthly server costs: 20 USDT (covering model tokens & knowledge base support, capped at 4,000 interactions/day).
  2. Phase 2:
    • Budget to be reassessed based on needs, estimated at 300–1,000 USDT.
    • Ongoing maintenance and upgrade costs, TBD.
  3. Phase 3:
    • Timing and budget TBD.
